After using the same design for 25 years, Microsoft unveiled today a new logo for the company.
As seen in the video, the logo has now two parts, the logotype, which is the word "Microsoft," and the symbol, composed by four squares of color.
According to the announcement "[t]he symbol’s squares of color are intended to express the company’s diverse portfolio of products."
Although the new logo is already being used in three Microsoft retail stores, the full implementation of it will take some time.
